بيان نصرة وتأييد إلى المجاهدين والأهل في غزة الصابرة المجاهدة

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على محمد النبي الأمين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد؛
فهذه كلماتي العاجزة أمررها إليكم من ضيق السجن والقيد إعذاراً إلى الله تعالى، ومحبة فيكم وفي فعالكم ومواقفكم الإيمانية العظيمة التي أحييتم بها سيرة أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلّم في غزوة الأحزاب، فأعدتموها اليوم جدّة ونوراً وحياة، إذ جاؤوكم من كل صوب وعلى كل الصعد، وتحالف ضدكم جمع اليهود وجمع الردة من العرب وجمع الكفر الصليبي حتى يستأصلوكم ويقضوا على دينكم وإيمانكم، فزلزلت القلوب وبلغت الحناجر، وصبوا عليكم حمم طائراتهم ودباباتهم وبوارجهم، فصبرتم صبر الجبال الرواسي، وقدمتم الشهداء والدماء الزكية الطاهرة من الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ والشباب، وكنتم أهلاً لمواقف أجدادكم وآبائكم الأقدمين من الصحابة والتابعين، فهنيئاً لكم هذا الفخر الإيماني، وهذا الشرف الرباني، وإن كان في الدنيا ما يحسده المؤمنون على إخوانهم، فإنكم والله لتحسدون على هذه المرتبة والمقام.
إخواني المجاهدين في غزة الصابرة من كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام وإخوانهم من رافعي راية الدين والإيمان، وأهلي الصابرين؛
إن غزوة الأحزاب قد تجلت بمعانيها القرآنية فيكم، فكانت غزوة قطفتم كل معانيها، وتنسمتم فخار معاليها، يبصر هذا كل من فهم كتاب الله ورأى ما رأى من هذه المعركة التي وقعت معكم وبكم، فخرجتم منها فيكم الشهداء وهي نعمة النّعم في دين الله تعالى، وازددتم صلابة وقوة وثقة بدينكم، إذ كانت معركتكم وغزوتكم جلية واضحة بين قوة الإيمان وعزته بلا حول مادي وبين قوة الكفر المادية وعدته وعتاده، فانتصرت قوة وعزة الإيمان بكم، لأنكم أهله والأحق به، فالحمد لله الذي جدد بكم معاني القرآن في وقت قلّ فيه الخير وكثرت فيه معالم الشر والضلال.
إن هذه النعمة التي عشتموها في هذه الأسابيع والأيام كانت نعمة خالصة لكم، ومن نور هذه النعمة حصل الخير العظيم لأمة الإسلام قاطبة بل للعالم أجمع بإذن الله تعالى، ولعلي في هذه الرسالة أحاول أن أجمل بعض هذه النعم عليكم وعلى أمة الإسلام وعلى العالم كله؛
أول هذه النعم وأعظمها هو سلامة الإيمان وازدياده وثباته، فإن الله تعالى يقول: (( ولا تهنوا ولا تحزنوا وأنتم الأعلون إن كنتم مؤمنين)) فالنصر هو ثبات الإيمان وخلوصه من الريب والشك والضعف، وقد رأى العالم أجمع سلامة الإيمان وثباته فيكم من خلال تلك الكلمات التي يصورها عوام غزة قبل علمائهم ومجاهديهم وهي تعبر عن قوة اليقين الذي أكرمتم به، فلقد رأينا وسمعنا كلمات تلك المرأة العظيمة وهي تجلس على أنقاض بيتها لتتحدى يهود وحكام الردة العرب وقادة الصليبيين في المشرق والمغرب أنكم لم ولن تصيبوا قوة الإيمان في قلوبنا، ورأينا أم الشهيدين في أول المعركة وهي ترفع كلمات الإيمان القرآنية أمام العالم كله، فهذه كلمات عامة الناس فكيف بكلمات علمائكم وقادتكم، فهنيئاً لكم هذا الشرف العظيم.
وإن من نعم الله عليكم هو ما أكرم الله به رجالكم وأطفالكم ونساءكم وشيوخكم من الشهادة، وهذي وإن عدها الناس مصيبة فهي عند الله عظيمة الشأن جليلة القدر، فإن الله تعالى منّ على أصحاب الحبيب محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم في غزوة أحد بأن قال لهم- ويتخذ منكم شهداء - ، فإن من قتل منكم شهيداً كان سيموت ولو كان في غير هذا الموطن لقوله تعالى: (( قل لو كنتم في بيوتكم لبرز الذين كتب عليهم القتل إلى مضاجعهم)) ذلك لأن الموت في ديننا((كتاباً مؤجلاً)) وها هم الناس يموتون، ولكن موتكم هو كموت إخوانكم المجاهدين في العراق وأفغانستان والصومال، هو موت الشهداء، فهذه نعمة لا يبكى عليها ولكن يسعى إليها، فاللهم ألحقنا بشهدائكم- آمين.
لقد كانت غزوة الأحزاب هذه على غزة أيها الأحبة- نعمة عظمى على أمة الإسلام، حيث أحييتم في الأمة معالم الإيمان، إذ تفجر الغضب الإيماني في قلوب المسلمين جميعاً-إلا المنافقين- نصرة لكم وغضباً على أعداء الله تعالى من اليهود والمرتدين والصليبيين، فكانت دماء الأبناء والأمهات والآباء نوراً لأهل الإيمان ليبصروا واقع هذا العالم بقسميه وفسطاطيه وعدوتيه، فتكشف الباطل عارياً من كل زيف وتزويق، فرآه المؤمنون على حقيقتهم.
لقد كانت دمائكم وجهادكم وصبركم وثباتكم معالم هداية عرف المسلمون بها وبنورها حكام الردة الذين جلسوا يرقبون وينظرون إليكم وإلى دمائكم وصرخات الأطفال والنساء دون أن تتحرك فيهم شعرة رجولة أو نبضة قلب خيِّرة، بل أنتم أكثر من يعلم وقادتكم السياسيون في حركة حماس يعلمون أن هؤلاء الحكام كانوا يتمنون هزيمتكم وفناءكم ودماركم، وقد علمت الأمة هذا حق الصدق واليقين، وبذلك دفعتم أنتم بدماءكم وشهدائكم وثباتكم ثمن هذا العلم الحق، وتلك مراتب الصديقين والشهداء والصالحين.
إن هذه الغزوة كانت سبب رحمة لأمة الإسلام إذا أعادت لحمة الإيمان بين أهلها، هذه اللحمة التي أعمل حكام الكفر والردة تقطيعها بين الشعوب المسلمة، فقد جمعت بجهادكم ودمائكم الأمة كلها في صعيد واحد، هو صعيد الإسلام فقط لأن معركتكم كانت تحت راية الإسلام والإيمان، فلم يفترق المسلمون عليكم بين عربي وعجمي ولا بين أبيض وأسود، فقد صار الكلّ بكم تحت راية الإسلام، وهذه نعمة لا يعرف قدرها إلا من علم كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
لقد كانت هذه الغزوة آخر حذاء في وجه بوش وعصابته، وهي ستكون بفضل الله ورحمته منعطفاً جديداً لسقوط دولة الكفر اليهودي، إذ أن إنتصاركم هو رقم كبير يضاف إلى مجموع الإنتصارات التي يحققها المجاهدون منذ وقت لتصنع الإنتصار الكبير القادم على الكفر بكل أنواعه، وهي طرقة كبيرة هزت حكام الردة إذ صار المسلمون يجمعون في قلوبهم وفي مكان واحد اليهود ومبارك وجنده وبعير الجزيرة الجاهل والمأجور الحاكم في الأردن، وهذا قد بذل أهل العلم الكثير من بيانه للناس علمياً فجاءت غزوتكم هذه المباركة لتكشفه حق الكشف بلا مواربة ولا زمزمة.
إن دولة يهود لا تقوم إلا بجيل الناس وعندما يتخلى الناس عنها ستسقط، وها هي معالم بغضها في العالم أجمع تتكاشف وتشتد وهذا مؤذن بفضل الله أن سقوطها آت لا محالة، وإذا قضى الله أمراً فلا راد لقضائه.
إن ذكر المنح الإلهية التي حصلت في غزوة الأحزاب هذه والتي صنعت بكم أيها المجاهدون من كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام، وبكل مؤمن صابر في غزة لتحتاج إلى ورقات كثيرة فالحمد لله تعالى أن أكرمكم بها.
لقد انجلت هذه المعركة ((وردّ الله الذين كفروا بغيظهم لم ينالوا خيراً)) وإن من الخير والدين أن أذكر إخواني بكلمات هي واجبة القول مني أن أقولها لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم-الدين النصيحة- وأنتم اليوم في مقام عظيم ومرتبة تقطع دونها الأعناق، فأنتم أولى بها وأهلها، وحسن الظن بكم كبير أن تسمعوها.
إن أول ما أذكر أخواني به هو القيام بحق الله تعالى، فقد انتظر منكم المسلمون يوم أن أكرمكم الله بالتمكين في غزة أن تعلنوها إمارة إسلامية تحكم بشرع الله تعالى، وتتبرأ من الجاهلية، كل الجاهلية، ولكن إلى الآن لم يكن هذا، فها أنتم اليوم قد أكرمكم الله بالتمكين فوق التمكين، وبالنصر المبين، وقد هزمتم اليهود وأمريكا من ورائهم، وهزمتم طاغية مصر وحكام الردة أجمعين فهذه محنة لكم وامتحان آخر وضعكم الله فيه، فهلا فعلتموها يا جند الله؟! وهلا رفعتم راية الإسلام وحده فوق قطاع غزة ونبذتم كل ألوان الجاهلية؟! هذا والله إن فعلتموه فستفرحون الله تعالى وعباده المؤمنين في كل الأرض، وسيرضى عنكم الله أحباباً له، ووالله إنكم لأهل لذلك كله.
ماذا بقي من الشر والكفر لم يقاتلوكم فيه يا أهل الإيمان واليقين في غزة؟! لقد رموا لكم بكل قواهم وأدوات دمارهم، وتحالفوا عليكم قوساً واحدة فأكرمكم الله بكرامة النصر المبين الذي لا يشك فيه مؤمن، فما يمنعكم من هذه الخطوة من هذه الخطوة الإيمانية العظيمة؟! ، فأنتم لستم رجال الخوف حتى تخافون من هذا الأمر، ولستم رجال الجهل حتى يخفى عليكم هذا الغرض الإيماني الواجب، بل أنتم والله أهل الشجاعة والعلم، وهذا ما نظنكم أهله ورجاله، فأقدموا على هذه المحطة لتفرحوا كل المؤمنين في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها.
لقد كان المؤمنون في كل العالم معكم، يقتلهم القهر بسبب العجز من أن ينجدوكم وينصرونكم، فلم يملك الناس إلا الدعاء والكلمة الحق إعذاراً إلى الله، ثمّ كان الفرح بالنصر، لكنه فرح مشوب بالحزن حين يعلن القادة لهذا القطاع قبولهم ومطالبتهم بحكومة وحدة وطنية، فيا أيها القادة الرجال، ويا قادة المجاهدين الأبطال ليس هذا لهذا القطاع قبولهم ومطالبتهم بحكومة وحدة وطنية، فيا أيها القادة الرجال، ويا قادة المجاهدين الأبطال ليس هذا ما يؤمله المؤمنون منكم، وليس هذا هو الطريق لحمد الله على نعمة النصر، بل الطريق الإيماني هو ما تعلمونه من كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فإن من حق المؤمنين عليكم في غزة المجاهدة، ومن حق الشهداء عليكم، ومن حق كل المسلمين في العالم عليكم هو إعلان غزة دولة إسلامية وإمارة لجند الله تعالى دون غيرهم من الناس والكفر بكل الجاهلية ونظمها وأحزابها ورجالها.
لقد تعودنا بثبات رجالنا وصمودهم وانتصارهم ولكن لم تكن المواقف السياسية على قدر هذا كله، والمأهول اليوم أن يسبق القادة السياسيون رجال الميدان لأنهم أبصر الناس بطبيعة المعركة وقد رأوا وفهموا مكر حكام الردة بهم، ولذلك فإني أسألهم بالله تعالى أن يكونوا أوفياء لدماء الشهداء الذين جاهدوا في سبيل الله تعالى، وسبيل الله تعالى الذي أرادوه هو الحكم بما أنزل الله تعالى، حتى يتم النصر النهائي ويغتاظ الكافرون والمرتدون ويكشف كفرهم أكثر وأكثر ويفرح المؤمنون بنصر الله تعالى.
ختاماً:- هنيئاً للمجاهدين هذا النصر، وهنيئاً لأهل غزة وقطاعها كله هذا الثبات والصبر، ورحم الله الشهداء وألحقنا بهم على خير، ولعنة الله على يهود وحكام الردة والصليبيين- آمين آمين.
وقد بقي في النفس الكثير ولكن الموطن لا يحتمل أكثر من هذا وخاصة أن هذه الكلمة تخرج من رجل سجين مقيد ليس له من أمره شيء من الوقت والفعل.
والحمد لله رب العالمين
تنبيه:- ادعو أهل العلم والفكر والتأريخ إلى واجبهم وهو توثيق هذه الغزوة بأحداثها الداخلية والخارجية، وآثارها ومواقف الناس منها لتكون معلماً يصار إليه من قبل الأجيال القادمة، إذ أن المسلمين قد قصروا في هذا الباب كثيراً في عصرنا الحالي والله الموفق.

Ali Ben Haj reappears

علي بن حاج
also referred to as Ali Belhaj and Ali Bin Haj, is #2 in the Islamic Salvation Front, a banned Algerian Islamist party. He has spent most of the last 20 years in Algerian prisons, but he got out in 2005 as part of a reconciliation program in that country. Now, like so many other totalitarian Islamists, he is exploiting Operation Cast Lead to condemn Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Fatah, along with Israel. His piece is in the form of a shari'ah fatwa or argument, full of quotations from the qur'aan, hadith, and "scholars", and about three pages long. The banner (above) which accompanied his document appears to be from the Islamic Rights Observatory, i.e. Yassir al-Sirri. Al-Sirri is wanted for murder in Egypt and has been harbored by the UK since the late 1990's. The document itself was uploaded to a website controlled by Mohammed al-Massari, who is also harbored by the UK.

Training of fighters at al-Emam University denied
The Office Director of Sheik Abdul-Majid al-Zindani, Rector of al-Eman University denied allegations made by some Yemeni websites that there is an open camp to train Jihadi fighters at the University.

“The University is an educational institution which practices only its educational activities, and operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education. With regard to the allegations concerning voluntary camps for Jihadis, this is not our responsibility, it is the responsibility of the governments of all Arab and Islamic countries to do their duty according to the Islamic Law to defend the oppressed people in Gaza”, said Dr.Ismeal al-Sohaily- Office Director of the Rector of al-Emam University.

Al-Sohaily hailed the calls from President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who called for the opening of training camps for youth to be trained to fight the Israeli’s in Gaza. “We call on them to do their duty. We hail the position of the President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who called for the opening of camps for fighters, and we also hail the position of Libyan President Muammar al-Gaddafi, who has called for the same”, said Dr.Ismeal al-Sohaily.

Some websites in Yemen have reported the existence of training camps at al-Emam University to prepare volunteer fighters for combat in Gaza, and claimed that these camps are supported by Iran and Qatar. President Saleh has called this week for an Islamic Summit to deal with the ongoing crisis in Gaza, and to stop the Israeli atrocities and end the unjustified siege against Palestinians in Gaza. He has also called for increasing pressure on Israel to abide by international law.

Al-Oufi was one of two former Saudi detainees at Guantanamo, the U.S. military prison in Cuba, who resurfaced last week in video clips as al Qaeda fighters in Yemen. Their identities were confirmed in recent days by a U.S. counterterror official. Al-Oufi was detainee number 333 at Guantanamo.

They claim to be the leadership of a reconstituted AQAP with the more modern form of the name, using "qa'idat-al-jihad" or "base of jihad" instead of the original name "al-qa'ida" or "the base".

Almotamar.net, Saba - Yemeni security forces killed two suspected terrorists affiliate of a four-person cell of the al-Qaeda during a security raid against the cell in the Yemeni capital Sana'a.

Security sources said Monday that security forces had attacked a house in Sana'a where the four members of the terrorist cell were hiding in.

"The security forces exchanged fire with the cell and killed two members of the cell, including Saudi citizen Salem Mohammed Magsaf, wanted by Saudi Arabia and Yemen. The second person killed in the operation was Badr Dawod Saleh Mashra'a of the Yemeni province of Hodeida", said the sources.

"Security also arrested the third person of the cell named Abdul Rahman Ali Mohammed al-Ghrabi while the fourth suspected terrorist, Musa'ad Ahmed Naji al-Barari has managed to escape".

The sources pointed out that the security services are currently in pursuit of al-Barari, added that the investigation has begun with the arrested al-Ghrabi.

Usama Bin Ladin mouthing off re Gaza

A 22-minute audio with a basically static background, which bulks it up to 56 megabytes in compressed form. It is ostensibly a "call for jihad against the aggression in Gaza", but its real purpose is clearly to incite the rabble against other countries including the UK, France, Egypt, and of course all Jews and Americans. Bin Ladin offers no explanation of how his supporters are supposed to enter the Gaza Strip.

The script sounds like Bin Ladin's own material, rather than that of Gadahn or one of the Egyptians.

All praise be to Allah. We thank Him, we seek His guidance and forgiveness. We seek His refuge from the evils of our souls, and the evil results of our deeds.

Whosoever Allah guides, there is none to lead him astray, and whosoever is led astray by Allah, there is none to guide him.

I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah, alone, without partner, and that Muhammad is His slave and messenger.

My dear Muslim Ummah (nation)

I am not the one who stands in front of you in these difficult days under the guise of condemnation and denunciation to react toward what is happening to our people in Gaza, but I stand before you to say a word of truth which helps us to get back what was extorted of the truth.

Word of truth which doesn't wheedle neither king nor Prince, neither savant nor minister.

Word which doesn't recognize the false international legitimacy and fear not the United Nations Security Council which spread fright among the oppressed people in the small and weak countries like Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Kashmir and Chechnya.

Word of truth which the whole world stood against in order to erase it from our method and life then erase us.

It is the sacred Jihad (fighting for the sake of Allah) to get back Bayt al-Maqdis and al-Quds (Jerusalem)

O my Muslim Ummah

The great point of imbalance in the previous efforts to free Palestine is that, those who assumed its cause were governors who betrayed their trust. In the war of 1948, the Muslims were surprised how we were defeated, but the surprise was to be victorious in that war, how can we be victorious while our kings entrusted the matter of war to the real governor of Jordan at that time, the British General Glub Basha. How can a nation be victorious while the leader of its armies is its enemy? At that time every one of our kings had a Basha like this one to guide him, for example: in Peninsula he was the non-enthroned king, the British General Philip, and it was enough for deceiving people to be named by the governor as Haj Abd-Allah Philip.

Him who looked into the British ********s related to this matter knows the degree of heedlessness reigning at that time among people, and now these deceptions still continuing with a change of faces and names. In each capital today there is "Bremer" (ex U.S. Civil Administrator of Iraq) overtly or secretly, and there is with him "Allawi" (former Iraqi Prime Minister ) at his disposal to execute his orders, and in each country there is "Sistani" (Iranian Shi'a cleric in Iraq) and "Tantawi" (Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar University in Egypt) supported by groups of official and unofficial Savants, and groups of writers, intellectuals, journalists and reporters who give false legitimacy to the agents of the crusaders in our countries. All these groups are enemies of our Ummah (nation) and we must beware of them, they are known in majority because the most important of their characteristics is that the governor enables them of the mass media to address people and deceive them regularly, while he prevents the truthful from a Friday sermon in outlying village.

Other points of imbalance we face nowadays are many ways that are raising slogans to free Palestine, most of them are in favor of mislaying the cause. One of the vastest way is what the governments are doing concerning the Ministerial Sessions and transference of the cause to the United Nations and Security Council, this is a way of disclaiming the responsibility and mislaying of the Palestinian cause.

Some of these ways also, is what some savants are doing about asking the governors to come to aid of Palestine, this is another way of disclaiming the responsibility and mislaying the Aqsa mosque and the martyrs' bloods. How can we ask help from the agents of our enemies, aren't those people tired of supplicating during these long decades?

There is another way taken by the Islamic groups and which is the permission of the governors to do Jihad, or asking them (governors) to be at the level of their peoples' requests, and this is also another way of disclaiming the responsibility, which results in foisting heads into sands and deceiving the followers of these groups, and it is also mislaying of the cause. Those (leaders of the Islamic groups) must speak out frankly to their brothers and inform them that the responsibility is very heavy and they are not ready to assume it. Both international and regional Kufr (disbelief) are the same in attacking violently every one working and saying the word of truth in favor of this cause.

The duty is to instigate the youths to do Jihad and to arrange them in battalions to fight for the sake of Allah the Zionist-Crusader alliance and its agents in the region, not to make them feel satisfied by protesting in streets without arms.
These leaders of the Islamic groups must let the courageous and capable persons from their brothers to lead the group in these difficult conditions in order to do the legitimate duty.

With all these numerous deviated ways, there is one right way to get back al-Aqsa mosque and Palestine, it is the Jihad for the sake of Allah as we mentioned before. Allah Soubhanahu Wa Taala shows us how to stop the aggression of the infidels in the Holy Quran when He said: [Then fight (O Muhammad (peace be upon him)) in the Cause of Allâh, you are not tasked (held responsible) except for yourself, and incite the believers (to fight along with you), it may be that Allâh will restrain the evil might of the disbelievers. And Allâh is Stronger in Might and Stronger in punishing.] (4:84). So, by inciting people and fighting the enemy, so that the aggression of the infidels stops.

As I say to my Ummah:

Being ******* with laying the responsibility on the governors and savants, doesn't exempt you (O my Ummah) from responsibility, but it is also another way of disclaiming the responsibility. For the order of Allah in the Holy Quran is very clear whereas the Jihad for the sake of Allah with soul and money is a duty until the achievement of the goal..

O my Muslim Ummah:

You are able to defeat the Zionist entity by your popular potentialities and huge energies without any support of the governors, even the majority stand with the Zionist-Crusader alliance in the same trench. Here , I would like to assure you my Ummah, I am sure that this matter is easy for you Allah willing if we took it seriously by trusting in Allah Soubhanahu Wa Taala, executing his orders and abandoning the deviated way.

Here I am giving you two evidences proving that you are able to defeat our enemies by small capacities:

* First evidence is the great defeat of the Soviet Union in Afghanistan by the grace of Allah then by your popular efforts without any intervention of any army of your governments, even if the general winds were behind the Mujahideen's ship at that war. Since that the flag of the Soviet Union was removed from the world and thrown in the forgetting basket, praise and gratitude are due to Allah.

* As for the second evidence: after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the American system seized the opportunity of being alone without adversary and went into impose its hegemony and policy upon the world, so the governors of our region became more surrendering which made America more tyrant and more supporting the Zionist entity to destroy the crops and the cattle in Palestine.

Then a group of your sons (O my Ummah) declared the Jihad against this only magnate, Hitler of the era, the rhinoceros to which we broke the horn, destroyed its fort and demolished its tower (9/11 events). That made its president angry and claimed that he would reach the Mujahideen's leaders dead or alive to regain the prestige of America and to make them as a lesson for others, he was like Abu Jahel in Bader battle and went out strutting by his great number of accouterments. Thus we destroyed them, killed his soldiers and dispersed his companions, by the grace of Allah.

Hence, when the battle became fierce and the enemy attacked us, the response was the sharp swords to drive away the oppression .

Here is America being shaky under the hits of the Mujahideen which made it suffering from human political and financial losses and now it is drowning in the economic crisis till the point of asking for alms from both small and grand countries. Therefore, this made it without respect in front of its friends and it could no longer dread its enemies.

Here we need a stance of pondering, you know well that the first loser due to the recession of the American oppression is the Zionist entity, because it will lose one of the most important components of its subsistence and life's arteries. This terrible and fast recession of the American power is one of the most important causes which pushed the Israelis to carry out this savage attack on Gaza, in a despairing attempt to profit from the last days of the two periods of Bush administration, in which the Zionist entity found what couldn't be reached by others from power, money, determination and rancor to assault the Muslims and to beat all powers refusing the American ascendancy in the region.

Since the White House's forces being broken down over the Mujahideen's rock in Afghanistan and drowning in quagmires of Iraq, this is why the Israelis are in a hurry to defeat their enemies in Gaza to replace them by Mahmoud Abbas and his authority for protecting their backs. So they carried out this terrible genocide before the end of the Bush's period of rule and before more appearance of the American weakness, so that the Veto will collapse because the world started revolting against it and voices started rising high to annul it, it (Veto) is an unconcealed and flagrant call for oppression and arrogance.


O my Muslim Ummah:

This talk about weakness and recession of the American ascendancy as well as the collapse of its economy, is not a talk of hopes, but testimonies given by leaders themselves which they couldn't conceal any longer:

* Biden the US vice president says: "the crisis is more difficult than we expected, the whole American economy is exposed to collapse".

* The former chairman of American Reserve Bank (Alan Greenspan) says: "the big recession will appear as a nice promenade in comparison with the economic crisis".

* As for the French president Nicolas Sarkozy, he described the crisis saying: "the crisis is very deep and the Global Financial System was about to fall in a catastrophe". And I say: it is really inside the catastrophe by the grace of Allah because of those oppressors.

* The German Finance Minister said: "the world will never return to the previous situation prevailing before this crisis, and the United States will lose its position as a great force in the Global Financial System".

Then, I present to you reports of the American intelligence which confirm the recession of the American influence in the coming years.

O my Muslim Ummah:

Indeed the Jihad of your sons against the Zionist-Crusader alliance is one of the main causes (after the grace of Allah) in all these results which destroyed our enemies, and which appeared after the "seven years" war, and I assure you O my Ummah -regarding the graces that Allah bestowed us-, we feel that Allah granted us patience which suffices us to continue on the way of Jihad for seven years again, and seven and seven again..Allah willing. The patience is the best weapon and Taqwa (piety) is the best provision. If we got martyrdom so we achieved what we were looking for, but the flag of Jihad will never fall down until the Day of the Judgment as we were informed by the prophet of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

But the question is: Can America continue in fighting us for coming decades?


The reports and indicators suggest otherwise, and that 75% of the American people are pleased by the departure of the president who entangled them in wars that exceeded their power, and plunged his country into economic turmoil. His successor has inherited a heavy legacy and was left between two bitter choices, like the one who swallowed a double-edged dagger which hurts him with any small movement. It is a most difficult heritage, to inherit a long guerrilla war with a patient stubborn enemy, that is funded with usury loans. For if he (enemy) withdrew from the war, it will be a military defeat, and if he continued the war he will sink in the economic crisis, how then about inheriting two wars, in which he is not able to continue, and we are on our way to open other fronts Allah Willing.

O my Ummah, with greater reason you should put your hands on the hands of your sons "the Mujahedeen" to continue Jihad against Allah's enemies and to go through exhausting them on those two fronts and the other open fronts of the war with the Zionist-Crusader alliance and its agents in the region, in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Waziristan, Islamic Maghreb and Somalia…

It is your duty to support them with souls and money full supply, for I experienced Jihad by Allah's grace and I know its financial costs, the Zakat (charity money) of one of the rich Muslim dealers can cover the expenses of Jihad in all the current open fronts with our enemies, and Jihad has a share in the Zakat as you know. Hence, the happy one is the one who could participate in the victory of his religion and could defend his prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his nation.

How similar the hardship of the Mujahedeen today, to the hardship the Muslims passed by in al-Usrah (the hardship) army at the time of the prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), till Uthman Ben Affan came and equipped most of the army, the prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said then: "Nothing of Uthman's deeds will harm him after that".

Who is willing to be Uthman of this current hardship??

I know many of the Muslim dealers who can pay for the sake of Allah without meanness, but they are afraid of America and its agents in the region, and I say to them 'this is not an excuse, you are in a test in this dunya (worldly life), and remember what Allah says : [do you fear them? But Allah is most deserving that you should fear Him, if you are believers].(9:13).

There must be migration and endurance for the costs of the victory and implementation of the religion, the prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who is the best of the mankind was obligated to hide in a laurel and to leave his people, his family and homeland, to migrate from Mecca, the best place on earth.

Hurry up, seize the precious opportunity, and take the prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as your good example when he hid in the laurel. Can't anyone of you hide in a house in some place!? Isn't it too vast the earth of Allah, to hide in to do the financial Jihad worship?!

Allah Soubhanahu Wa Taala says: [O My servants who believe! surely My earth is vast, therefore Me alone should you serve] (29:56), and says: [Surely (as for) those whom the angels cause to die while they are unjust to their souls, they shall say: In what state were you? They shall say: We were weak in the earth. They shall say: Was not Allah's earth spacious, so that you should have migrated therein? So these it is whose abode is hell, and it is an evil resort. Surely (as for) those whom the angels cause to die while they are unjust to their souls, they shall say: In what state were you? They shall say: We were weak in the earth. They shall say: Was not Allah's earth spacious, so that you should have migrated therein? So these it is whose abode is hell, and it is an evil resort] (4:97-98).

O my Muslim Ummah:

These wars, calamities and ordeals involve in them grants, and wise people are not to leave these grants to pass without benefiting from them, you have great opportunity to push away injustice and tyranny which is practiced upon you from in and outside since many decades, and snatch forcibly your rights. Him who tells you (O my Ummah) that the way to take back rights is the ballot boxes (giving you as example the Western peoples), those are deceiving you and lying to you! They say this out of either fear or greed of the rulers, because the Western people -whom they are giving as an example- got back their rights with rebellions and armed force.

After seven years of war between Britain and France for the acquisition of America, both of them suffered a huge economic crisis, which prompted the leaders to impose taxes on people, and this –with what preceded it of injustice and tyranny of the kings- was the incentive of the French Revolution.
For the King Louis XIV used to say: " I am the State and the State is but me", and this is what our leaders and kings are saying today, then the French people took the grants from among these ordeals and rebelled against the unjust kings who sucked their bloods and riches, and they dethroned Louis XIV, guillotined him and took their rights with the army force.

There is no place for the ballot boxes in our countries under the ruling of tyrants. And it is regrettable and should be noted that many of the great scholars and preachers market for this big trick!

And from that economic crisis, the Americans too rebelled against Britain to get back their rights, they didn’t follow the trick of democracy which they are deceiving us with today in Afghanistan, Iraq and other countries. However they took back their rights with army and force. Learn a lesson from it O you who have insight.

We as Muslims believe that it is the nation's right to elect its president and we believe in Shoura, however we believe that the Western democracy –beside being a big trick- it is an illegitimate heresy from the Islamic point of view, and Muslims do not agree to be ruled but with Allah's rulings not man-made laws.
In our religion, fighting for the sake of Allah against the invaders and the apostate rulers is for Allah's word to be the highest, till things are back to normalcy and till rights are back to their owners.

At the end I say to our people in Palestine:

May Allah make great your reward for what you endured..
May Allah accept your dead among martyrs..
May Allah cure your wounded sooner..
And I ask Him the Great and Almighty to comfort the families of the victims and to reward them the best.

O my brothers in Palestine, you suffered so much as your fathers did nine decades ago, and the Muslims are sympathizing with you for what they see and hear, and we "the Mujahideen" are also sympathizing with you more because they (Mujahideen) are living the same situation as yours, and their feeling toward you is bigger because of what you are suffering from. They live under bombardment like you by the same aircrafts, and they are losing their sons like you, praise be to Allah, and truly to Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return.

In this year Allah wills that the lineaments of the daybreak and the omens of relief appear, by the recession of the Zionist-Crusader expansion, for the relief is imminent and we are with you and we will never let you down, your fate is related to ours in fighting the Zionist-Crusader alliance, so either we fight until victory is achieved or we get martyrdom for the sake of Allah.

Endure and be more patient, and guard your territory by stationing army units permanently at the places from where the enemy can attack you, and fear Allah, so that you may be successful.

I know who is writing those statements. I see no reason to believe them. I suspect that the kidnappers are just independent local criminals, because I have heard no mention of Giesbrecht from her beloved Taliban.

At the time of Giesbrecht's disappearance, Pakistani press reported that she had entered Pakistan on a 30-day working visa, vouched for by an "independant documentary film maker" and by an employee of al-Jazeera, both in London. In her last communication she said that she had to get out of Pakistan due to the expiration of her visa, and she asked for money via PayPal or Western Union to pay for her flight out. But her alleged effort to travel from Peshawar to Miranshah began after that.

Giesbrecht is a Canadian citizen and Canada has an embassy in Islamabad and a consulate in Karachi, through which she could have arranged a flight out, to be billed later, I presume. I find it notable that al-Jazeera apparently did not answer her appeal for money.

This book "The Slicing Sword" represents the answers given by Shaykh Abd Alluh Abd al Bari al Ahdal to questions on the topic of Hijra (migration for the sake of Allah) and al-wala and al-bara (loyalty to Allah and disavowal of the enemies of Allah.) The importance of this book lies in the fact that the situation that the Shaykh was faced with is similar to our circumstances today which gives relevance to his answers. Aden was occupied by the British in 1837 and the author died around 1854. So his time was one in which the power of the Ottoman Khilafah was waning while the Western powers were on the rise. Therefore, this was a time when there were some Muslims who were replacing their pride in being Muslims and being subjects of Muslim rule with being subjects of Western occupiers and sailing under Western flags.

The author belongs to the Ahdal family who are descendants of al Imam Hussain bin Ali and are a family steeped in Islamic scholarship. They are from the Shafi'i school and live on the Western coast of Yemen on the Red Sea. The same land as the companion of the Prophet Abu Musa al Ashari.

I have studied this book under two scholars from the family of al Ahdal and I would encourage my brother and sisters to benefit from it.

إن نصرة الله التي تستجلب نصره وتثبيته ليست بالتبري من أحكامه والتفاخر بتحكيم القوانين الوضعية الوضيعة..

ولا بالاستنكاف عن منهج الله وتبني الديمقراطية وسلوك سبيل المجرمين استرضاء لأعداء الله..

وليست بمؤاخاة أهل الردة وتولي أهل الرفض ومعاداة وقتل أولياء الله من الموحدين والمجاهدين ..

وها نحن نسمع صيحات الأرامل والعجائز والثكالى لم تعد تنادي حين تستغيث إلا من تعرف فيهم العزة والتميز والنقاء والصفاء من قادة الجهاد متعدية بصيحاتها حدود الأوطان المصطنعة وضاربة بعرض الحائط الأعلام والجنسيات والتقسيمات التي أضعفتها وشتتتها متطلعة إلى أن يكون إمامها أمامها من أهل التوحيد والجهاد الحق ..

وإنني أنصح حماس وقادتها وأذكرهم بأن الإسلام قادم لا محالة إسلام الرسل إسلام الأنبياء إسلام العز والجهاد والتمكين لأهل الحق والتوحيد والدين شاء من شاء وأبى من أبى .. وإننا نبصر بعين بصائرنا بل وأبصارنا جحافل النصر وبيارق العز قد انطلقت تثأر لدينها وإسلامها ونبيها وأمتها لتعيد أمجادها مقتلعة باطل كل من سيقف في وجهها من جذوره كائنا من كان .. وما لم تصحح حماس أو غيرها قواعدها وأصولها وفقا لمنهج الله فستلفظها الأمة وستستبدلها في جملة من سيستبدلهم الله شأن المتولين عن دينه ومنهجه المنحرفين عن توحيده ودينه ..

Hamas under e-attack

The main website of Izzuddin al-Qassam Brigades has been blown out, I don't know by whom.

Two websites of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, here and here, are blown, but will probably be back soon. PIJ is in the hire of Iran and is headquartered in Syria I believe.

The main Hamas site here is still running but it is hosted in the UAE and its newer contents are either second-hand or simply fabricated. Ee.g. today's claim that they killed eleven Israelis, and yesterday's claim that they captured two Israelis, are simply lies.

A group called Help Israel Win is distributing a Windows EXE program to help them in a distributed denial-of-service attack against unnamed Hamas-affiliated websites. The authenticity of that project is attested by the hawkish Israeli newspaper Arutz Sheva here. That paper is covering the cyber-war more closely than most, e.g. here. {Update: The "Help Israel Win" website has now been shut down.} {Update: back in business. Saraya al-Quds is one of the targets.}

Hamas's Aqsa TV building was blown early in Cast Lead, but it continued to broadcast by means of a mobile satellite uplink. That channel has now been taken over by the IDF, which tells the viewers, "Time is running out."



Update 5 January: Qassam is back, and a trickle of propaganda is appearing on their modest new platform. Here they boast about their heroic resistance against the Cyberzionists:

واضحٌ أنَّ الحرْب لم تكن عسكرية على الأرض فقط بل تعدّتها إلى الحرْب الالكترونية، حربٌ إعلاميةٌ يخوضها العدو الصهيوني باستهداف موقع القسام الذي يمثّل الواجهة الإعلامية لكتائب القسام ونبضِ الشارع المجاهد والعالم الحر، فمنذ اللحظة الأولى التي بدأ فيها الجيش الصهيوني هجومه البري على قطاع غزة، تزامن مع هذا الهجوم محاولات اختراق قوية لموقع كتائب القسام والملتقى القسامي التابع له على الشبكة العنكبوتية، وقد تصدّى لها مهندسو الموقع رغم كثافتها وكثرتها حيث بلغت في مرحلتها الأولى إلى نحو (3000) هجوم مفاجئ ومباشر، وبعد يومٍ كاملٍ من المحاولات الكثيرة من الهكرز الصهاينة تمكّنوا من اختراق الموقع، وضربه بشكلٍ قوي، ويعكف مهندسو الموقع لإعادته إلى وضعه السابق، بل نعد زوار الموقع بإضافة الجديد عليه ليكون نافذة كل مجاهدٍ حرٍّ أبيّ، وبوابة الغيورين من هذه الأمة والأحرار في هذا العالم، في دعم الجهاد والمجاهدين على أرض فلسطين. وأخيراً نود أن نذكّر العدو أنّ محاولاتك السابقة في ضرب الموقع قد باءت بالفشل وكان الموقع في كل مرة يخرج بحلة جديدة أقوى من السابق.

Lion of Jihad 2, mouthing off re Gaza

"Lion of Jihad 2", who was senior in the Hesbah forum before that site was destroyed, uses the Cast Lead operation to do some incitement on behalf of al-Qa'ida. He specifically accuses KSA, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, and the UAE of complicity with the Jews. He invokes the name of Bin Ladin, but he omits to mention that Hamas has already totally dismissed the instructions from al-Qa'ida that were read off by Ayman al-Zawahiri a while back. Hamas answers to Iran, not al-Qa'ida.

The punctuation is a bit corrupted in the copy below, because of the mixing of left-to-right and right-to-left text in this blog item.

الحمد لله الواحد الأحد

والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه

" أُذِنَ للذينَ يُقاتَلونَ بِأنَّهُم ظُلِموا وإنَّ اللهَ عَلى نَصْرِهِم لقَدير "

شاهدنا بألم فظيع إجرام اليهود - لعنهم الله - في حق عباد الله الكرماء الأعزاء في غزة هاشم في هذا اليوم الموافق 27 / 12 / 2008 وتقديمهم هدية للصليبيين المنهارين المنهزمين – لعنهم الله – في عيدهم المزعوم ..

وإن هذا الإجرام يأتي بتأييد دولي وعربي كامل ، وقد تولى كِبر هذه الخيانة من الدول العربية حكومة سوريا والأردن والسعودية والإمارات ومصر التي أعلنت الحرب منها ..

إن محمود عباس وحكومته قد ( شمتوا بقتلى غزة ) وقالوا إن ما حدث هو نتيجة " منفذي الأعمال الطائشة " !! ويعنون بأن لليهود الحق فيما فعلوه وأن أهل غزة هم الملومون !!

إن لإيران المجوسية وحزب الشيطان دور في خداع أهل غزةوأهل غزة أعلم بما فعلوه بهم !!

وإنني أسجّل موقفي في هذه الحرب بأنني مع كل أهل التوحيد في غزة عموماً ، ومع مجاهدي حماس وجيش الإسلام وجيش الأمة وباقي الجماعات المجاهدة ، مؤيّداً ومناصراً لهم ..

وأدعو الجماعات المجاهدة في غزة إلى حفظ رؤوس أموالهم المجاهدة من قيادات وكوادر ، وإلى الانحياز في حالة الاجتياح اليهودي إلى حين ..

وأدعو المجاهدين إلى الانتقام من اليهود وأركّز على الرد بعد تجميع القوى وهدوء الأوضاع ، لتلقين اليهود كيف يكون عنصر المفاجأة !! ولكم في جهاد إخوانكم في تنظيم القاعدة نبراساً في الحروب ..

وإنني أرى بأن ما حدث ويحدث في غزة هاشم سيكون محوراً لتغيّر الكثير من الأمور في المنطقة وفي مصر تحديداً ..

فاعلموا يا أهلنا في غزة أنكم لم تُصابوا بمثل ما أُصبتم به إلا لأنكم قد ازددتم قوّة وإيماناً جعلت من العدو اليهودي ومن والاه من حكومات الدول العربية يصابون بالعجز واليأس من كسر إرادتكم وعزيمتكم ، فقاموا مجتمعين بمجازر عظام ضدكم وهي آخر الحلول التي بأيديهم لعنهم الله أنّا يؤفكون ، ليجعلوكم تستسلمون لإراداتهم وإذلالهم ، وأقول لأولئك الأعداء خبتم وخاب سعيكم ، بل نحن نتعلم الثبات من أهل فلسطين عامة وأهل غزة خاصة ..

فالثبات الثبات يا أهل غزة على دين الله وسنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ، وهما طوق النجاة لكم في الدنيا والآخرة ..

وأوصيكم جميعاً جماعات وأفراداً بما قاله ربي سبحانه : " يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وكونوا مع الصادقين " ..

وإن هذه المحنة بدأت كبيرة وبإذن الله ستصغر ، فلا تخدعنّكم " حكومات " الدول العربية ومكرها بكم والتي ستجتمع وتتفضل عليكم بإرسال بعض " الأكفان " لكم !! ثم سيعودون ويلعنونكم ويحاربونكم ويتواطؤون في قتلكم !! فتلك الحكومات لم تكتفي بخذلانكم وحصاركم بل هي تمنع المناصرين لكم من الوصول إليكم ، ولا تغرّنكم إيران المجوسية وحزب الشيطان الذين يريدون استغلال الحدث لمشاريعهم الطائفية ، والأهم لا يغرّنكم العدو الداخلي متمثلاً في محمود عباس وحكومته ومن لف لفهم ..

وتأكدوا بأن إخوانكم وأصدقائكم هم كل الجماهير المسلمة في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها ، وعلى رأسهم المجاهدون في تنظيم القاعدة وباقي الجماعات التي تقاتل في سبيل الله ، يتألمون لآلامكم وينصرونكم بالغالي والنفيس ويتبرؤون من حكوماتهم ، وسترون منهم ما يسرّكم بإذن الله تعالى !!

وأذكّر إخواني أنصار المجاهدين أهل الشهامة والمروءات بأن ينصروا أهلنا في غزة ولا يتعلقوا بالمسميّات ، فليس الوقت وقت حسابات ، إنما وقت نصرة وتضحيات ..

وأقول لأهلنا في غزة هاشم قولة شيخنا الإمام أسامة بن لادن حفظه الله وسدده موجهاً كلامه لأهلنا في فلسطين : " والله لننصرنكم ولو حبواً على الركب .. أو نذوق ما ذاق حمزة بن عبد المطلب .. " ..


ربنا أفرغ عليهم صبراً وثبّت أقدامهم وانصرهم على القوم الكافرين ..
